A peanut butterand banana sandwichis one of my favorites. Its the perfect combination of healthy nutrients and yummy goodness to keep me going throughout the day. It has everything you could want in a pre or post workout food. What's in a PB & B?
For each sandwich:
2 slices of whole grain bread
2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
Cut banana into 10 to 12 slices
Spread peanut butter on each piece of bread
Place 5 or 6 banana slices onto each peanut buttered side of the bread
Stick the 2 pieces of bread together, banana slices inward
